Il Chirurgo - SAN SEVERO

A pleasant discovery! I accidentally found myself in San Severo for a commission and we were looking for a place to eat something in the air. We entered and almost seemed to be in another place in the world, a lot of kindness from the regazzes at the counter that makes you appreciate even more the excellent pizza tasted. We took various pieces of various types present at the counter, all warm, well seasoned and especially light, did not leave us heavy. Congratulations!

The pizza has a good dough and the ingredients are fresh and quality. The prices quite affordable if you take into account that it is cutting pizza. Staff is educated, helpful and professional

The best pizza of the city, with excellent quality ingredients and well-leavened pasta, never had problems in digesting it, for Saturday I recommend to book to avoid too much crowd due to the high quality of the product. Excellent pizzaiolo and excellent staff. Top price ratio, never disappointed.
