Today, January 2, 2023, we stayed at this place with my wife and another couple. The reception we have reserved the owner and her husband was warm and special. The atmosphere is very pleasant and inclusive. The bruschettas and stuffed focaccias were delicious. The menu is wide and quality. Wines also deserve attention and consideration. The logistics of the rooms is functional and has a spacious and clean toilet. Today there were no cultural and/or theatrical events, but the local has a space dedicated to them with about 40 seats. For my experience this place, which is known as APS, is a jewel to protect for the cultural contribution and intelligent sociality that offers to the city of San Severo and its vast area. This nice and cozy restaurant combines the high-level quality of the local meat (from the renowned Casasabatino brand) with the caciocavallo cheese from the unique Masseria Paglicci: the result is a harmony of good food, nice place and welcoming atmosphere! Strongly advised. Slow food low prices.

Take an aperitif, a dinner, a drink or anything is always a pleasure. informal atmosphere, I would say almost familiar. Beautiful discovery in the historic center of San Severo. Excellent cuisine with quality ingredients and great care in the preparation. Complete the presentation a good choice of wines and the rare presence of live music and theatrical performances. I count below expectations. Recommended
