This individual, described as a tall man with dark hair, possibly a mustache, was giving Asian customers dirty looks and seemed ready to explode if they were to ask about the sale items. I witnessed him yelling at some Asian customers who were simply browsing, telling them that the sale items were sold out and making a threatening gesture. This behavior is unacceptable, and I have informed my Asian friends about what occurred. They have all pledged to boycott the store until this employee is no longer working there. Luckys, you should be ashamed of allowing this type of discrimination and mistreatment to occur in your establishment.
This restaurant is very expensive. A Russet potato weighing about 1 lb costs over $2, and the same goes for an onion, which costs $1.99 per pound. I ended up leaving and buying onions for 69¢ per pound at the Asian market. The Mexican market is more budget-friendly.
I enjoy dining at Lucky restaurant, however, they need to address their issue with rodents. On two occasions, I have seen a rat running through the store. This time, a worker was causing a commotion trying to either catch or scare it away in the frozen food department. I am concerned about the store potentially being shut down, so they must take action to resolve this problem.
I was there last nite and I saw a huge rat by all the fruit area
Was picking up take out from black angus so stopped in. If you want any kind of perishable food in the deli/bakery area, I would stay clear from this location. The food in the deli section, whether behind the counter or pre packaged does not look fresh at all. Didn't end up getting anything to add to my meal because I didn't want to chance getting sick.
