Shake Shack First National Building Downtown Detroit

This came in the mall. I waited for like an hr because it was so busy during lunch time. I got the cheese burger with fries. Very good . Reminds me of new york!!

Mediocre burger. Reminded me of the Wendy's single. Small burger. Fries were good. Lemonade was good. Long wait for a mediocre Burger.

Food and drinks here are not consistent. We had milkshakes and lemonade earlier and the 2nd order presented and taste differently. 2nd lemonade totally has no ice. We ordered 3 burgers and one bacon cheese fries and waited for half an hour. After inquiring, the staff told me that they have ran out of bacon for the fries and have to wait longer. So I asked for my burgers first since they are already prepared. The staff promised to call for me when the fries are ready. After finishing my burger, the fries was not ready yet. Another half hour wait, I inquired about my fries. This time, another staff just took the fries from the counter and passed to me. No apologies, nothing. Service is really bad. Burgers standard has gone down too. :

Love the burger and fries here! Also ordered the mango paradise drink and it was really refreshing.

Shake Shack is a rapidly expanding and surprisingly tasty option for snacks, dinner, a quick bite between errands. Ordering with the app is simple and dummy-proof. Place your order upon parking, and it should be ready to go by the time you arrive to pick up. I had the cookie butter sprinkler was DOPE. it had everything I was hoping for in a shake, sweet, salty, crunchy, creamy, and adorable. I was in milkshake heaven! Plus, the crinkle cut fries were golden brown, perfectly salted and crispy, and served at the perfect temperature. I was extremely pleased by everything but the wait time. That left a lot to be desired, but it was quickly forgotten when I started eating haha!
