Restaurant is gone from the Twitter Marketplace, at least as of June 2022 when I last checked. Bummer....this was part of my usual lunch rotation. There aren't enough quick meals, and especially delicious rice bowl based lunches in the area.

From the patient and friendly staff to the tasty food this was a pleasant discovery!

Matko is one of my favorite places to grab a quick dinner. I used to frequent the One Market location for lunch when I worked in that building. The food is consistently good, well-portioned, and there are plenty of options.

Korean fast casual. It's a little pricy but they do really load up your bowl. The bulgogi was decent but unsurprisingly not as good as it would be at a proper sit down place. This place is going for quick workday lunch and more less nails that mission.

I got the soft tofu/half brown rice/half japchae. It was amazing! This is the perfect lunch spot during a work day. usually I only see soft tofu in stews, so it was really nice having it in rice bowl form sooo many different toppings (corn, kimchi, cucumbers, etc. which was awesome perfect balance of all textures: cucumber crunch, chewy japchae, soft tofu, etc. having gochujang aioli is always a plus, but for one of the first times I felt like I didn't need it since the food was already so flavorful generous portions enough for 1.5 meals fast chipotle style service
