The staff at this restaurant are very friendly. I ordered takeout for breakfast, and the experience was excellent. The price per person ranged from $10 to $20. I would rate the food 5 out of 5, the service 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere 5 out of 5 as well.

I ordered two biggie bags and a 10-piece nugget meal, and I noticed that they charged me 60 cents for BBQ sauce. When I inquired about the charge, the manager, Haley, confirmed that there was a fee for extra sauce. I explained that I hadn't requested extra sauce and found it unreasonable to sneak in an extra charge like that. I asked for a refund. However, her response was quite rude; she claimed that my request had delayed the drive-thru and called me stupid. I informed her that I would be reaching out to corporate and needed her name, to which she replied, "Haley, they know me." Her behavior was disrespectful and inappropriate, especially in front of my daughter and the other young employees. I plan to file a formal complaint with corporate, and I advise everyone to check their receipts, as it seems she may be pocketing the extra charges. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1

I ordered two burgers and a coke in drive up! They COULD NOT get the order right after six tries! I was getting a little annoyed and stated that it was a pain waiting for ten minutes to get a simple order ORDERED! Finally, the manager gave me a sob story about their speakers not working correctly and then stated she did not appreciate me being rude! Well, I didn’t appreciate having to repeat my order six times! I told her that in no uncertain terms that I did not appreciate the treatment! She used the f bomb and told me to leave her drive up or she would call the cops on her! She didn’t like the f word used at her after! I cannot believe that a manager of a business would blame the customer and use the excuse of the speaker not working! I will NEVER walk in that place again! I called corporate and lodged a formal complaint!!!
