This was my first time ordering from this location, and I likely won't be returning. I've had better experiences at other branches. I ordered a meatball sandwich, but it arrived completely cold—the meatballs, sauce, everything. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect. They weren't particularly busy; there were only two other customers in the store when I placed my order, and I even watched them prepare my sandwich. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed.

Not friendly, did not react when I tried to communicate. long greasy haare and bart, no hair net. the person has torn and wiped her nose when the back of her wrist stood and worked with food. I didn't take gloves and washed hands.

I live close to this load and ordered a few times there, the young teen staff in this business do not care enough to do their work properly. Every time I order from here, it either doesn't have what I wanted or has what I didn't want. this time I ordered a double protein and when I got our order, there was hardly any meat on all three of the sandwiches I ordered and paid double protein for. very disappointing and I will not order here anymore.
