Stellar Coffee Co - Roswell

The banana coffee cake was absolutely delicious warmed up. Had a vanilla latte, too, but the pastry was the best. Nice place to take a break in the ac. Had a cute interior friendly staff.

Got a bagel, coffee, and game of checkers on against my cousin (I won) we are visiting for the day and off to Albuquerque. Gotta love this cool little spot ????

The staff is tight and the coffee (a pour over dark roast) was fabulous! What a great find at the passage through Roswell... we had a last night and had to come back before we left the city. The whole feeling of the place is welcoming and warm.
