フィードバックを提供するThe waiter was discourteous and completely ignored our table and the water glasses. We didn't receive the extra items we ordered and had to wait over an hour for our food to arrive. Even after speaking with the manager, it was apparent they were overwhelmed, and all the customers were frustrated. We ended up paying our bill at the kiosk instead of being able to discuss discounts for the items we never received, as no one came by to talk to us.
I am truly disappointed with this restaurant's presence on OpenTable. I cannot recommend it to anyone and would actually advise against going. I was expecting the quality of food that was typical before COVID, but what I received tasted like it came straight from a box. The dishes were bland and cold, and it took far too long for our meals to arrive—over an hour. I ordered a filet mignon cooked medium, but it came out well done. The only highlight was the biscuits, which were the sole bright spot of the meal. We ended up spending over $130 for two people, which included a generous tip for our server. However, unless there are significant improvements, I cannot endorse this restaurant at all.
We were seated right away! Our server, Jestdon, was fantastic! He was incredibly attentive and always had a smile on his face. The appetizer and main dishes arrived fresh and hot. Jestdon really made the experience outstanding!
Our Server was excellent and enhanced our dining experience with her happy attitude. She never interrupted our conversation and yet was very attentive for our needs.
