When I asked the cashier she said that includes 10cent charge for warming it up...ARE YOU KIDDING ME !! They continue the customer ripoff. I’ve been drinking my coffee for an hour and I went to heat it up. When I took off the lid of my americano I found a centipede. When I went back to the Starbucks I didn’t even get an apology. I’m going to show this to everyone I know. 10/10
