Casey's - Rensselaer

Very cozy and inviting restaurant, food was plentiful and delicious. Kind of a hidden jem in Rensselaer county. I highly recommend it.

This is a great place to eat everything is awesome. The problem is now they don?t serve dinner anymore. Only lunch on certain days and bar. They said it?s because they can?t get help. I hope they do soon.

This restaurant has been for years and I have often eaten to it, both for lunch and for dinner. In the past they also had nights where the meals offered, which could be ordered and picked up beforehand. I even took part in it. Currently on Mon/Tues. they offer a 4 course, yes, 4 course dinner for $21 and some changes during a certain period. However, this visit, I was hankering for Seafood fra Diablo and a house salad. Both were delicious and plentiful. I had a doggy bag for the pasta. Fresh bread, good wine and girls' night to catch up our lives. Chris, our waiter, knows the menu and how to treat its customers with respect and kindness. Kudos, Chris. If you have the chance, stop. Parking is tricky, but it is allowed on the road, on the road and on the side of its Bldg.

Had a great time at Casey's. We just had to wait a few minutes until they move a partition at the bar to make room for our party after a couple pulled to dinner on a table. Very accommodating and safe / welcome. Drinks and apps were phenomenal, especially the mountain of Calamari.
