Emil's Lounge - Rankin

The restaurant did not live up to expectations, as the lingering smell of cigarette smoke and the cheap plastic decor gave it a trashy bar atmosphere. The food was average at best, with a bland fish sandwich served on a plain Italian bread that was overwhelming. The cabbage rolls were decent but nothing special. Overall, I was unimpressed and ended up paying over $50 for a lackluster meal.

I recently tried the fish sandwich at this restaurant and it was absolutely delicious. My first time trying it and I was not disappointed. I will definitely be returning to buy from them again.

Great atmosphere, they treat everyone as family. Oh yes, and eating is great, just like mom did earlier!

April 1st....1st time I was at Emils. Best fish sandwich in the Burgh. Every Friday during Lent, my family and I try different restaurants and fire depts for fish fries....Emils is by far the best!!

Huge portions, tasty food, reasonably priced and a friendly staff. What more can you ask for?
