Best BBQ game in town. My wife and I have been going here for several years and aren't even interested in the chain restaurant down the street. This place is a perfect example of why you should support local, the quality is there. Nashville hot is always on point, burnt ends are always delicious, had the ribs with a brisket cowboy potato last night and both were awesome. Keep up the great work guys! Big rigs is my families favorite spot for bbq we have been able to find, it’s always a treat when we’re able to go, the food is always delicious, the service is always amazing. If we could eat here every day I don’t think anyone would complain! At the moment you enter you are received with the most delicious smell of brisket. I ordered the brisket grilled cheese with pit beans and the sausage. The grilled cheese was spectacular, but they could step their game up with the bbq sauces since all of them tasted the same to me and with just subtle hints of the specific flavor but same base The sausage was my favorite I ordered the jalapeño cheddar which I totally recommend But the pit beans are too sweet for my taste my boyfriend and I end up feeling like we ate too much candy but we are used to salty beans so it's just my opinion.
