Mcdonald's - Raleigh

Over the years this place has changed and I was glad to see what has become over time. Unfortunately, I just made my last purchase. In error, I place my order without adding my free medium fry through the mobile app. They were unable to cancel my order and supply me with a medium fry. I spent so much time and money there on my lunch breaks until the management knew me. Again I know the error was my fault but the only way they were able to accomplish and get to where they are now is by the money that was spent from their customers. I would think they would have better customer service and recognize when to bend the rules. I've been there numerous times and seen management give free drinks and free fries for lesser reasons. For those who gave me great service, I would like to thank you. As for the rest; an eye-opener.

This is probably my go to McDonald’s location in the area. Food is almost always fresh and hot. Service is always fast and the workers are always polite.

This is a great place, but I do not know if there is a potato shortage that large fries come into a medium-sized cup.Food: 4/5

Service always slow at night but food always seems hot and fresh (to be fast food).

Ordered 2 mcdoubles, paid for 2 mcdoubles. Both burgers were wrapped in mcdouble wrappers so I left the drive thru thinking my order was correct. Well I get home and open the wrappers and both burgers only had 1 patty on them and they were cold. I basically paid $6 for 1 cold sad mcdouble. Next time I want McDonald's I will go to a different location.
