Chipotle Mexican Grill - Port Richey

The service at this restaurant was outstanding. We arrived just before closing to grab a quick meal, and the employees were incredibly friendly and the food was delicious. I have eaten at many Chipotles in Florida and other states, but none of them compare to the flavor of the food at this location. The restaurant may not look fancy from the outside, but the quality of the food makes dining here worth the trip.

Overall, my experience at this restaurant was positive. However, they did forget to include the large portion of guacamole that I had ordered, and two of the bowls I ordered had very little steak in them. This is the second time that they have made mistakes with my order, so it would be advisable for them to double-check their bags before handing them over to customers.

My wife and I visited the restaurant last Monday. We decided to order the Steak dinner and pulled pork dinner. Unfortunately, both dishes were served cold. The steak was tough and fatty. I brought this to the attention of the manager and she provided a refund. My wife did not finish her meal. After this experience, we have decided not to return to this restaurant.

Beautiful employees they are always quite fast and the food quality is every time I come so I know exactly what to expect. sometimes the chips are a little too salty, but no complaining otherwise I enjoy coming here to get lunch.

3:30 pm way post lunch time and enough time to restock 1 person in line and me. A sign on the door say no guac. Inside there was no fajita veggies as well. 2 components that i always add.If I knew I wouldn’t even bother.
