Il Turista - PISA

Worst Italian experience we had in Italy! The service was awful, the waiter have brought our second dish before we have finished the first, and we had to eat with the plate on our hands, because the table was too small to fil everybody's two dishes. The lasagna was too soft, like it was reheated a lot of times. All the food was served warm. The tiramisu was an ice cream with no layers. We are still waiting for the glasses we asked while eating the first dish...

No wonder the menu was in English because the the pizza tasted like it had been made in England too. Microwaved and soggy. The crust was chuggy and toppings tasteless. Way overpriced aswell.

On a recent visit to Pisa we were directed by a friend to this restaurant with it's beautiful garden dining area. Located about 300m from the Leaning Tower this is the perfect place for lunch either before or after viewing the sights. Fantastic tasty food served by friendly staff and very reasonably priced.

Just set foot inside the place we were greeted excellently and friendly. local that deceives in appearance, but is super vast. friendly staff and good food!

Price quality ratio definitely good staff friendly, clean room
