Gelateria Artigianale Rufus - PISA

One of my favorite places in Pisa. It is located right in front of the beautiful square and the staff is very kind (which is not so obvious in Tuscany). I especially like their frozen kefir and rufella cream.

I wanted to try the ice cream from this ice cream shop, attracted by the philosophy praised for the choice of raw materials and for the processing of the ice cream. The location of the shop is slightly off-centre from the pedestrian area, but still overlooks one of the most beautiful and greenest squares in Pisa. Outside there are also tables for eating. Having said all this, I went in with great expectations but in truth I was quite disappointed. The ice cream melted immediately and had a watery consistency and the taste was nothing special. However, I will absolutely try again to give it a second chance also because the ice cream shop has an excellent reputation and all this seems rather strange to me.

Excellent ice cream shop in the center of Pisa, there is always some off menu flavor to try! Fair prices and discounts for students.

Il gelato è davvero molto buono, peccato che le porzioni siano davvero troppo misere per i prezzi richiesti. Es: solo due piccole palline di gelato dentro la brioche che rimane semi vuota. Fantastica la varietà di gusti Vegan!
