フィードバックを提供するI ended up throwing the food away when I got home because I have no idea what that employee had touched—she could have brushed her hair before handling the chicken, for all I know. To top it off, she barely put any rice on my plate; I had to ask for extra just to get a reasonable portion. In the end, I had to throw it all away. When I spoke to the manager on duty, Chelsea, she insisted on a detailed description of the employee before she would take any action. I explained that the worker had curly hair, and the manager argued with me, saying no one with curly hair worked there. I never specified how curly it was—just that there were curls at the ends. It was frustrating to realize I needed to provide such a detailed description for her to even care. I have never seen such unprofessionalism in a restaurant. They really need to get their act together. If you want to keep running your business, maybe you should pay attention to your latest reviews. They are terrible, and it’s clear your new staff isn’t doing their job properly. I would highly advise against eating at this restaurant—you really can't know what germs are contaminating your food. I won’t be returning until I know this issue has been addressed. To the owners: is this really what you want for your establishment? Have you even looked at the last few reviews? Where is the resolution?
