I am a huge fan of good sushi, so I was hopeful when I saw this place had 4.7 stars. The service certainly needs improvement. We came in as a party of three. We asked for chopsticks and were only given two pairs because apparently they were out. We asked for a minute to look at the menu and were given about 15 minutes so our waiter could talk to her coworkers with her back toward us. The food also needs improvement. I have had miso soup dozens of times and know exactly what to expect. Their miso was bland and watered down, but the disappointment did not stop there. I ordered 6 rolls of sushi. The seaweed wrap did not taste fresh at all. To add insult to injury, we were not offered a refill on our drinks until it was time for us to leave. There is nothing redeemable about this restaurant. Hands down the best sushi restaurant around. Great selection and larger portions. This has been my favorite place since they opened.

How is there this great of a restaurant here?!? Hidden gem hole-in-the-wall. The sushi rolls were fabulous. This also the first place I’ve seen in the Dayton area that has clear soup on the menu. I love their Colorful Roll I will be back!!!
