East Side Mario's - Orillia

Was in Orillia and chose to come to East Side Mario’s. Had the chicken Parmesan. Such a great portion. Nancy was our server. She was amazing. So friendly and accommodating. Will definitely ask for her table next time I’m in town

Reservation for 10 seated quick and easy; drinks ordered quick. Lots of great garlic loaf and salad brought out..yumm. Dinner followed shortly; ordered the chicken parm and chicken was good but spaghetti seemed very dry with very little sauce on the pasta. all in all, pretty good and will return but would order someting different even though it says it is their #1 seller..busy place but not too loud..Thank you

Worst place ever went in at 8:30 pm got a seat 4 other tables were there. At 9:00pm left was never offered a drink bread nothing all employees and manager to busy hanging around the bar than to give costumer service. This is not the first time this has happened but will be the last

It was quite a surprise to be served Rene’s dressing in a so called Italian restaurant. The servers seem pretty good. The food isn’t hot. It was slow in coming. The dinner served on top of the appetizers. It’s expensive for what you get. Personally our family and friends avoid there. Maybe a drink on the patio that’s it.

This is the same standard menu for East Side Mario's. There were pastas, salads, sandwiches. Everything tasty. What made it special this year is that they were so well prepared to deal with Covid-19. The patio has shade, tables at least six feet apart (maybe more). Wait staff wear masks and so do the customers except when eating. When someone leaves, we saw they clean the tables and chairs with a disinfectant. Oh yes, and the food was good too! BTW, they will also deliver through Skip the Dishes.
