The All American Steakhouse Sports Theater

The staff was nice, but that's about it. We sat in the dining area which was way too bright, it almost felt like a doctors office. Our server was prompt and took our drink order and our food order after. We order my childs meal with the appetizer and somehow both his noodles and the calamari came out 10 minutes after the main course and were cold, never saw the server during this time. We ordered a sirloin medium rare and while the flavor was decent, it was tough and chewy, signs that it was either previously frozen or improperly stored. The rest of the food was generic and a step up from fast food. There are much better options for food in the same shopping center.

This is a great spot to watch your games while enjoying some delicious foods.Personally I’ve been to the one in Hanover many times this was the first time to visit the Ellicott city location we were not disappointed.We came on a game day, they were pretty packed, with pretty high noise level, so even with reservations we had to wait about 15min for a table.Shortly After we sat down, waiter came to take our order, so service was efficient .We ordered steak, wings, fried pickles, soup of the day and countless cocktails.Foods were very good, especially the fried pickles, lightly battered but flavorful. Steak was cooked to the correct rareness with light seasoning.Definitely recommend as one of our favorite sports bar restaurants.

Went with group of 4. 3 soups ordered (same kind) and they brought first out, then 2 others 10-15 minutes later. Then we sat there for over an hour waiting for food with the waiter saying he apologized the entire time. Food came out and half the “fixings” and sides were missing. So many problems and manager came out and said sorry, here’s two coupons for a free appetizer next time you come. Totally unexceptionable. Poor customer service and wast of the evening.

Consistently good food and our waitress Brandi was amazing! The atmosphere is ok but it so bright in there I feel like I'm eating at a doctor's office. I love having the bright light over the table to see my menu and food. But the main lights need a dimmer badly.

My husband and I went there last night because it was recommended to us to try out this location. After sitting at our table, we both ordered a drink from the bar. When the drinks arrived, the rim of my glass was dirty. I asked our waiter to bring me another of the same drink. I kept the first drink at our table until the new drink arrived because I didn't want them to just pour the same drink in a different glass. When the new drink arrived, I noticed that glass was dirty as well smeary on one side of the glass. The waiter was no where to be found but I spoke with the assistant manager. I explained the situation to her and then asked for a bottle of beer instead (thinking they can't screw that up). When our dinner came, our ribeye steaks had decent flavor, but weren't tender. The best part of my meal were the fries and I couldn't eat all of them because most were fried to the point they were crunchy. My husband liked the flavor of his loaded mashed potatoes but wasn't happy because they put way too much butter on it.While there, we noticed people from 3 other tables had complaints about their food.Needless to say, this was our first and last visit there. We will not return for any reason and we do not recommend this restaurant.
