Five Seasons Whole Foods Market

Today my first time was in 5 seasons and I will never go back. the older lady who works there is extremely rude. I was standing on the counter, ready to pay her, and she totally ignored me and tried to help someone who just came in. I also asked her a question and she pretended I was stupid. it is the one who works there and should be worth knowing. I hate spending money there. it will never happen again. I wish I could give zero stars.

I went to the door with a smile on my face and offered a friendly hallo. I didn't get anything in the way. if you want to pay $9 for veganaise then this place is for them!

The prices at this restaurant were quite high and the vegan options were underwhelming. I visited three times and found the staff to be quite unfriendly. With better options at local food shops and the nearby vegan bakery, I see no reason to return to this place.

We had once in the month or any other month at a time when local foods were not caught on vegetable diets. we spent at least $100 every visit to specialties vegan article. the prices are more expensive than whole foods, but we thought it saved us a trip to mobile. I had heard the owner might be mean and declining, but we had not experienced this; that was until a day when we brought our children with us. the children were more than normal, so there was no cause for the owner and the reaction of her life on her. As soon as we went into them, they began to follow us around the little load around, which was snoring. I had never experienced that they were acting like that and had in fact casual talks with the owner and sohn at several places. I started feeling uncomfortable, so I focused on getting our food. when one of my children went out (he is 4) I read relieved. my man went out and my other son outside. they played next to our car on the parking lot for a few minutes while I was finished. at this point my 4 year old saw me go to the counter to check. he tried to open the door to come back and the sohn radiated to the front door and blocked it. He said through the door, either come in or go to a 4 year old. he should have directed his comments to me or my husband instead of a 4 year old to ****. I started getting angry. my man went back and held both young hands when we waited for them to review me with over $100 worth. at this place they still sneak and take their eyes off from my children, almost as if they intimidate. it was strange and disturbing. Just when I thought we were in the clear, my 4 year old look his head around the corner of the counter and the owner goes ballistic, screaming at my 4 year old! she cried that children have no place in one and we need to get them out. I was in shock! my man was so angry, but to protect our children and not make a scene from them, he pumped them up and brought them out. I paid for our food and was not back. that was 4 months ago. I regretted that I did not go to this woman and told her how terrible and cruel she is, but after reading all reviews about her and her son, I realized that they have a serious problem. that was not isolated to our family. I'll never go back!

I used to live in Mississippi and finding things along the line of healthy vegan options were slim. While on tour I passed through to see family and came here to get some food and snacks. For the location, they have a great selection! Also, I don't know what the review saying the old lady was rude is talking about. She was sweet as could be. I accidentally grabbed something off a shelf that was a special order for another customer. They put them back and said I could special order some if I wanted. I told them I don't live around here and explained I was on tour and they gave them to me and said we'll just replace the ones she ordered I also mentioned how one night I got very dehydrated in Texas and she told the older gentleman to go in the back and get me something. He comes out with a few packets of electrolytes to put in my waters. Love this store and will definitely come back anytime I'm in Mississippi!
