Murky Waters Ocean Springs

In the late afternoon looking for place to escape a hot day, have a cold drink and a snack. My first impression was that it looked a bit higher than a typical beach town Bbq-Gleich. Open space with a beautiful centrally located bar, which offers many craft brew selections, including local breweries and a good selection of basic spirits and wine. We had kept the smoked chickens nachos and after a small smogozing with the bar, discovered that they serve the brisket burned ends quietly. Very good. I'm sure I'll work through the menu again.

This little place won me over quickly. The music, the atmosphere, the food and to top it off the service was amazing! Malik was so attentive and knowledgeable, he was a joy.

This place as the absolute best barbecue that I have ever eaten in my life. The staff is so kind and the owner is the absolute sweetest and kindest woman that I have ever met. They always have the best music playing and the patio has such a fun atmosphere. There is even a picture of me hanging on the wall with the owner in the entrance when you walk in the door. My favorite thing on the menu is the okra.

Terrific service, delicious BBQ in the heart of downtown Ocean Springs. The Brisket Sandwich is awesome!

We had the brisket, pulled pork, and steak with bacon. All three were very good. The spicy sauce has just enough kick. The bread was as good as the meat. Service was very quick and even though our waiter hadn’t actually eaten the fried okra, his description of it was spot on! Highly recommend.
