The Canned Tomato - North Huntingdon

The food here is excellent and reliable. Although they were out of several items and our waitress wasn't fully informed about the off-menu options available to other tables, we still had a good experience. The dishes were prepared quickly, packed with flavor, and offered generous portions for the price. The atmosphere was calm and laid-back. The pepperoni rolls are possibly the best I've ever had, so hats off to the chefs for that. Plus, the chocolate bomb dessert is definitely worth trying!

AMAZING! My husband suggested we try somewhere new today, and I can't believe we haven't visited this place sooner! My husband, my stepmom, and I all enjoyed incredible meals and appetizers. If they have the caprese salad on the menu, definitely don't pass it up! The portion sizes are fantastic, too! The service was exceptional, and the owner even came out to greet us. What a wonderful family-owned restaurant! We will definitely be returning!

I was excited to try this place based off all of the good reviews and spaghetti being my absolute favorite dish, but the flavor of the sauce was very disappointing. It basically tasted like tomato paste out of the can. The salad was delicious though. My friend who was with me agreed. She didn't even take a 2nd bite of her spaghetti. They did take $8 off her bill due to her not eating hers. I took mine home and doctored it up a little before eating it. I guess if you like a tomato straight from the can tasting sauce then you might enjoy???????. Sorry to say it was a no for me.

This family owned business is a pure gem. We spend lots of our special occasions in the dinning room. The staff and ownership are always polite and hardworking. Their delivery services are always timely and the food is just as good as eating in. Our family very much enjoys the Sicilian (square cut) pizza and pepperoni rolls. Our oldest daughter is a picky eater but she loves the meatballs. Typically she will only eat homemade meatballs that my 100% Italian relatives make. This spot is for the whole family to enjoy. Delicious, reliable and affordable.

I like the fact that they 're a family-owned restaurant and we wanted to try them. So tired of the sportsbar style menus and the loud tvs everywhere. We were not disappointed. The owner came to our table and introduced himself, the staff was courteous, service was prompt, presentation was well done, food was delicious. We had wedding soup, fried calamari, breadsticks, eggplant parm, chic ken parm, sides of spaghetti, and tiramisu. All were excellent, and the price was very reasonable. We will definitely be going back for more great food.
