Waterside Burger Works - Norfolk

Food was absolutely disgusting and overpriced. Bathrooms were filthy and disgusting. Staff likes to hangout and seem underemployed. Tear it down bring something better or hire new management team

Our visit was great. Initially was set as a birthday visit, turned engagement party when our AMAZING wait staff was the very best. Gage was training a new employee while watching him go through and give other tables the same energy we were given with the sudden proposal. The food was fantastic and was not too overly expensive. Great drinks, food and ambiance, definitely coming back here.

Made a reservation and were seated immediately. When we arrived it was fairly empty but quickly started filling. We saw our server once within 30 minutes, aside from watching her stand at the host stand or kitchen window talking. Seemed like one of the other servers was taking majority of the tables. Never got our drink orders (2 mimosa flights and a redbull), only our appetizer. Manager was very helpful and understanding and took care of our appetizer so that we could leave. Not sure if this is typical there or not but there’s plenty of other spots to choose from.

LOVE THE PLACE WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. avocado toast with bacon and mimosa flight was immaculate!

Everything was just Eh!! I do not think I will come back here.
