Pizza Hut - Norfolk

I ordered a pizza online and my address is only 5-7 minutes from the pizza place and the deliver drive didn?t drop the closest pizza off first which is unacceptable, it has been over and hour and a half and I still have not received my pizza so I?m very sure it?s going to be cold and hard. I will never order from this location again and this is very disappointing that I came home from work starving and I ordered my pizza At 6:30 and still can?t eat and now it?s 8:30pm. I will be calling Pizza Hut corporate offices and filing a complaint. Worst customer service ever!!!

I ordered a pizza last night at 730. It went out for delivery at 851. An hour and 20 minutes goes by, so now it is 1010 before I give the store a call (mind you I?m 2.5 miles from the store) they tell me there?s no way for them to know when the pizza will get here. I decide to order a pizza from dominos at 1020. It gets delivered on a bicycle in less than 25 minutes. The pizza I ordered from Pizza Hut never got delivered. I never got a call saying something happened. Save your time and money and just don?t order from here. The young girl who answered the phone was laughing when she answered it and copped an attitude when I wanted to know where my pizza was. Very unprofessional and unorganized place of business and the lack of care shows.

Ordered an hour and a half ago , only calling after 30 minutes of order ?out for delivery? being told they don?t deliver to my address , after being told twice it was our for delivery even on the phone. Offered to come pick up and was told no, I asked for corporates number because the lack of unprofessionalism as we have been delivered to before but also if they apparently couldn?t why did it take an hour and a half to tell anyone and after even speaking on the phone that they?ll deliver. Claimed they had no ?manager? on duty , and that they don?t have ?corporate? and i am a former Pizza Hut manager of over 3 years. Do not recommend this Pizza Hut. Use to have no problem until recently.

There was little to no cheese on the cheese with ground beef but the parmesan and garlic wings were on point. The meat lovers pizza was good according to the others. I don't eat pork so it would have been nice to have my pizza done right.

Some need to look at the photo on the order because I have gotten a heavy mix of items an i didn't ask for it. This one is my favorite off princess Anne
