フィードバックを提供するMassive let down. Went in with high hopes. Left with an empty stomach. Purchased a smoothie and the big boy wrap. The smoothie was DECENT but for the price premium to competitors, it should have been better.The real let down was the wrap. It came out already falling apart. This was made worse when the food fell out of the wrap onto the toilet paper thin wrapper on the plate. The chicken and rice mixed with the paper and it was all so flavorless, it was hard to tell if I was eating paper or chicken. I had a few bites and then tossed the rest.Sweet potato fries were cold and damp but arguably the only edible thing on the plate.Very sad lunch!
The environment is inviting and the staff are wonderful but… clean eating does not mean flavorless. I was pretty disappointed by the food here. The smoothies are not made of fresh or even frozen fruit, but a flavored liquid from a hand pump. The smoothies also come with too much protein, and as any gym rat knows, protein has a very powerful flavor and their’s completely overtook the fruit flavors. The queso steak wrap was also mediocre. The queso and iceberg lettuce were in one half of the melt while the beef was in another portion. I had to deconstruct my meal just eat it. The beef had a very mild flavor that required me to go grab some of Clean Eatz’s branded seasoning (and it didn’t help). I don’t think I’ll be coming back here for my healthy food.
I’ve been coming here since 2019 and the customer service is the best always a smile on the front desk worker! The food has helped me in my fitness journey along with staying fueled for long work days! HIGHLY
Ordered the bowl and a side of veg for delivery, order came super fast but gotta say the bowl had absolutely nothing desirable about it, bison might as well be ground beef that I assume was left over on the side of the grill, absolutely no salt pep spice or sauces. Could have been made in the microwave for all I know. I might try a sandwich later on but just a bowl of plain ingredients is not the move at all
My first visit. Busy. Short staffed, took 20 minutes for 1 sandwich and there was only 1 order in front of me for in house. Everyone else was eating. After getting on the road I discovered my sandwich was made wrong. Staff stopped making current orders to make an order for a little girl who showed up with either the owner or other mgr. Need more staff to handle pickup orders and check priority of orders. People behind me got their order first but were frustrated with the delay.
