Bojangles - Norfolk

I used to frequent this restaurant before COVID and the food quality and service have declined since then. The chicken I ordered was overcooked and too hard to chew. I entered the restaurant to order instead of using the drive-thru and I was disappointed to see how dirty the food counter was and the interaction between the manager and the employees. Food containers were being thrown over the counter and French fries were spilled all over the place. This type of negligence would never be tolerated at other fast food restaurants. The employees seemed careless and Customer service was lacking. It seemed to stem from the manager, Fred, who was not very supportive of his staff. With some guidance and encouragement, he could improve the overall staff performance. The atmosphere is not very impressive.

The manager at this Bonjangles restaurant runs a well-organized operation and their staff provides excellent customer service. The food was delicious, prepared quickly, and when there was a mistake with the order, it was fixed promptly and with a positive attitude. It's hard to find this level of service at most fast food restaurants these days, so I truly appreciate it. Keep up the good work!

I always enjoy visiting this restaurant whenever I'm in Virginia. I like to buy their cookies for my customers.

It was said that they could not accept my order and close it because they were only little personal. when I was just two cars in front of me, who just ordered and everything I wanted was a two-part combi. I drove around the car that was before me, and there are more than 13 people in which they claim they are close. I didn't see anyone. sm

Great and fast service. Get you a Bo Berry biscuit and their chicken sandwich and you'll have a delicious meal.
