Blanca Food And Wind - Norfolk

My wife and I come here about once per month. We love this place. The menu changes frequently so there is usually something new to try. I?ve never had anything other than a great meal here.

Food is delicious with a varying menu. We sat at the counter similar to a chef's table where the kitchen opens up behind the counter. The prices are a little high but I think reasonable but the food quality. My wife and I choose to eat tapas style sharing our plates with multiple courses and choosing to share an entree. The wine selection is ample though the wine we chose was out but plenty more to choose from and with a nice price range. The dessert options were limited

After all the reviews we had wanted to try it for its Mediterranean flair. It was good, fresh, friendly. In the neighborhood which makes it nice. Would go there again. A few more starters/small plates (think true tapas) would work nicely. Appears she has a following based on the customers coming in as they appeared to be regulars. Would eat there again.

Amazing food all around. Probably my favorite restaurant in Norfolk. The chef is well traveled and it shows in her food. Absolute culinary genius. Erin who was our server was the best server I?ve ever had she made me so excited to try each dish and was just an absolute delight.

Blanca is a fresh face in the fine dining scene here in Norfolk. The restaurant does a fantastic job with the limited space it has at its disposal. The food is beyond words, the wait staff is friendly and attentive, the atmosphere is light and fun. Would recommend, will continue to keep going here.
