Very disappointed I was looking forward to eating my Dave’s single combo instead I received a Chicken Sandwich combo. Not only that they never seemed to answer the phone when you call them ?

Dry. Patties should have been thrown away 4 hours ago.

Took extremely to long too bring food, nuggets and fries weren’t completely cooked and still were cold after waiting 15 mins literally.

The manager working at 2 pm on 24Feb24 was truly a piece of work. At the order radio we asked for a large water, get to the window to see the manager facetiming and ignoring us. She then hands us a small water, and we asked her to change it to a large and she starts arguing with us about the cost. We said we had no problem paying the difference, even though our receipt rang up a large water. She still continued to argue with us at the window which was really stressful because I just wanted a water I don’t know why she was fighting with me. $3 and a nasty attitude from the manager later I finally got my water I originally asked for when I placed my order.

The conversations of the employees can be heard in the lobby and are not always great for children. Angela
