I ordered my drink online for pick-up at the restaurant. When I got there, the doors were locked and my drink was sitting on the counter. The staff told me to go through the drive-thru and slammed the door in my face. It was a very rude experience and it took over 30 minutes to finally get my drink. This kind of service is completely unacceptable.
