Bp - Newnham

There is a lady with tattoos. She is very very rude behaviour with customers. Using sach a bad words without reason. And some team members said can't use gift cards for buying tobacco. Some team members accept to buy tobacco. Overall customer service is very very very bad. I don't want come again to this store in future.

There is a lady that's very unpleasant to deal with she yells profanity over the pa system to customers and talks very rudely about customers I never see any human being behaving like her Management should have to help her she need doctor God bless her Thanks

Yep, all good as usual. Clean facilities, not too crowded, clean pumps, good little selection of bits and pieces for sale,... as expected. Not the cheapest, but you are assured to get quality fuels I believe.

Just went to grab something and it was open but you aren 't allowed to enter the store due to their employees safety concerns. I would 've spent more money on a drink and food plus the item I went to purchase in the first place. Doing business through a window is a bad move, I won 't be going back their ever again. Great way to lose customers

Rude staff who turn your pump off because you take your phone out to load the BP app. Husband was pumping the petrol, I was standing beside the car. It was announced over the pa so all the other customers could stare at us. I was told to load the app in my car or the store. Seriously what difference does that make. This is the only BP servo or any servo for that matter this has ever happened to me. What's wrong with a quiet word to the customer when they enter the store. Don't start with the it's dangerous or else servos all over the country side would be blowing up. I am not a regular customer of this store and will be sure to avoid it in the future.
