I’m 100% Italian and I worked in the restaurant business for 35 years so, when I tell you the food and service here is good, I know what I’m talking about. I’m just annoyed that after living in Lancaster for 40 years, I’ve only just recently found this little gem of a place. A little bit of a haul to New Holland but worth the trip. If you’re looking for high end, there’s nothing fancy here. It’s a pizza shop with great food. Our server, Betsy, was just a delight. She couldn’t have more pleasant or accommodating. She’s been in the business long enough to anticipate your needs. Service like that is very rare. We ordered chicken parm and the bolognese. Sauce is a big deal to me and it was REALLY good. So many places put too much tomato paste in their sauce. Not here. Garlic bread was some of the best I’ve had in a restaurant. Huge side salad with enough dressing that you don’t have to immediately ask for more. I like to customize my pasta order and Betsy didn’t blink an eye. She rolled right with it. I spoke to the owner on my way out. She’s owned it for over 30 years and you could tell that her heart and soul was wrapped up in this place. Go. Enjoy.

I placed an order for 3 pizzas on a late rainy day for pickup! The lady was excellent on the phone and the lady when I picked it up was also! She even had employees help me carry everything out to my car in the rain! Me being a man that's not my normal to receive help, that was by far the best experience I've ever had! It's great food. You will be surprised tho if your expecting a deal, it's a middle price but high quality meal. The portions out pace your appetite, so it's worth the money. It will also be busy and noisier than say an Olive Garden, they will take care of you here but it's definitely not a candle light date night, it's more like a, this was exciting type of date night.
