Seascape - NANOOSE BAY

I really like this restaurant. The service is good, and so far, it offers the best seafood I've had in a long time! I'm curious about the interior design, though. It seems like the architect wasn't quite sure what theme to choose. With such a beautiful view of the sea, a nautical decor with soft turquoise and light blue hues, along with cozy earthy tones, would be more fitting. The brown leather sofas and chairs around the fireplace would create a much cozier atmosphere, instead of the harsh white metal and black industrial-style chairs. When I visited, there were only a few other customers. Overall, it’s a lovely place to spend a few hours enjoying the views of the marina during the day.

The menu has a good selection but the meals are average. Prices are high so expectations not met. The noise level is always a problem especially if you are with people who are even slightly hard of hearing.

We returned to seascape to celebrate the birthday of a friend. during the booking I mentioned that our friends from alberta were visiting, they had birthday, and could we please have a table in a quieter opposite but still with a window view. seascape delivered in all requests! jess was our server and was super pleasant and efficient. when the dessert arrived, there was a radio to celebrate the birthday. a thoughtful touch. many thanks to all that this is a wonderful festive and unforgettable visit for our alberta friends.

The food is excellent, the service is friendly, and the restaurant is beautifully designed with a stunning view!

Eating was great, the lamb was a bit too good, like the bark. chowder was great, like the bruschetta. brotpudding was also good, maybe a bit more sauce?
