Freshslice Pizza - Nanaimo

First time in Freshslice. Had BBQ chicken and was going to get a slice of ham pineapple, staff asked/suggested the last piece of a deluxe version… tried it… in hindsight I wish I had stayed with the regular ham pineapple because I think the piece I got was at the end of its warming-shelf life. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy day-old pizza and the flavour was good, but I would not describe that piece as “fresh”. The other piece I had was fresh and good, as were the two pieces of pepperoni pizza my partner had.So I’ll try them again but I’ll pay more attention to how fresh the pizza looks before selecting. I’m reserving judgment on a higher rating until after the next time.

Worst pizza I’ve ever had.Never thought a bad pizza could even exist. It’s bland like cardboard. Almost no cheese and no sauce. Absolutely no taste.Unbelievable, I never thought I’d not like a pizza. I’d take a store bought frozen pizza anytime over this.

Fresh tasty pizza, friendly service and a great value.

The best Freshslice in town by far, with no disrespect to the other teams. Super friendly every time, unique recipes I don’t see at other locations, and an excellent location!I don’t know what they do different with the crust at this location but Freshslice should really implement it across all the stores and give this location recognition for their innovation.They even feed the birds!

Freshslice North Nanaimo has great service and tasty pizza at a great price. Would definitely recommend eating here.
