I’m really impressed with this Subway! I mistakenly placed an online order yesterday when they were closed. It was a minor error in their online ordering system, so I contacted customer service for a refund since I didn’t receive my order. The manager went above and beyond to resolve the issue; they not only apologized but also offered me free subs for the future. From now on, I’m definitely coming back to this Subway!
