Mcdonald's - Mount Sterling

I often find the food at this restaurant to be cold. The Pilot truck stop is actually a better option.

We waited 25 minutes in the drive waiting no one apologised for the delay. eating was cold and obviously not freshened. for bad administration of this restaurant

Friendly service. usually quite fast. but a couple of times I asked for extra sauce for the nuggets, as they only give 1 per 4/6 pieces, and I even cared for them on the window, but when I open the bag, she didn't put them in. I have to ask again, and they usually ran away from the window. no biggie. I know they're busy.

Self service kiosk was working but then you have to get in line to pay.. so what's the point of the kiosk?? There was 4 mcmuffins in the order and when asked for jelly they literally just hand me one.. i ask for more and she gives me one more. They are a special breed there.. first and last time i get food there
