Kfc - Mount Sterling

Came in drive thru ordered had wait so we went in and posted on the counter was a 12 piece strip meal $5.90 and we said we'll just take that and the manager grabbed it ripped it up and said that's a mistake we're not actually doing that.

Friendly service. Only 3 workers and they hustled! Food was hot and crunchy. V satisfying lunch with great service!

The food was great! and the lady who took our order was Judy and she was the sweetest and friendly, the food was amazing and hot.

If Judy is working the order will always be correct and fresh if not, it seems to lack those two things 5 stars for judy!

It took a really long time for anyone to take our order! When the staff member finally came to the register, she mentioned that there were only two people working that day. She apologized for the delay, explaining they were overwhelmed with the drive-thru orders. I want to give a shout-out to Miranda for her excellent service!
