フィードバックを提供するI want to give a shout-out to the staff at the Mount Sterling, KY location on Indian Hills Rd. I placed an order through the Pizza Portal app, but when I arrived, my order wasn’t ready. Since I was in a hurry, I ended up buying something else and left. The staff informed me that I could email the pizzeria's portal for a refund, but I faced some difficulties—after sending 2-3 emails without a response and finding no phone number to call, I raised the issue with the store management. I hoped for a full refund or a replacement order, but they exceeded my expectations. They not only issued a full refund for the online order but also provided a free meal for me and my hungry kids while I was there. They handled my issue professionally and encouraged me to reach out to them if something similar happens again. I truly appreciated their kindness and excellent service, and I will definitely return as long as the staff remains this friendly!
