Burger King - Mount Joy

Customers using the drive-thru lane blocked the entrance to the Burger King parking lot, which was relatively empty. This created a chaotic situation, preventing those who wanted to dine indoors from getting through. It was not a safe situation!

I waited in the drive-thru, but the food was cold, I received the wrong sodas, and the nuggets were stale. I called and spoke to the manager about these issues. She told me that I needed to bring the food back for them to remake it.

Every time I go the drive thru line is always soooo slow. And of the three times I?ve gone there?s always something missing from my order. I don?t blame the employees though because they seem super short staffed.

The service was slow, which I can understand. However, consistently being served cold food and reheated fries is disappointing. I'm fine with waiting for my meal, but it needs to be worth the wait, and unfortunately, it just isn't.

If you wanna compare them to certain other fast food restaurants, Burger King almost gives more of a meal than they charge you for!! ????????
