フィードバックを提供するThe food is good the service is awful. It is impossible to get a hold of them on the phone. After a series of options I was put on hold. Only for it to then try to make me choose through the SAME options again and again after every few minutes eventually hanging up on me when I didn't choose. Never once got through to an actual human being. All I wanted was a refund after they didn't deliver my breadsticks. Instead I've found that they have made it impossible to contact them in any way. Will NEVER order here again.
We live relatively close to the restaurant 1 mile) and was surprised how cold our food was when it arrived. We had to reheat prior to eating. Pan pizza apparently has gone downhill dramatically, is not nearly what it used to be. Barely any cheese on the pizzas we ordered.
OMG THE WORST PIZZA HUT I’VE EVER HAD!!! Please shut down this franchise. I’ve been ordering them for 20+ years and I’ve never had it this bad until I moved to Cary. SMH. The Customer service is THE worst. The guy kept hanging up on me because I was wondering the status of my order!!!! I could care less if it took two hours, as long as it showed in good tasteful condition. But he refused to respond. PS! First time I ordered they took the money and NEVER DELIVERED it!
I placed an order via Doordarsh. Received my order a few mins ago. This is covid time, and there was no seal on the pizza box and on the breadstick box. I am trying to contact the location to talk, but no one is answering the call. This is very unprofessional and unsafe. Next, I will email the pizza hut headquarters.
I ordered pizza to be delivered at 7pm the driver left the store at 6:42 and it got to my house at 7:20pm (mind you I live 8 minutes from the store). The driver didn’t have it in the bag to keep it warm so when we got it it was cold. For $24 I at least expected the pizza to be warm?!
