Wendy's - Montgomery

I usually don't have any issues at this restaurant, but my experience on this particular day was awful. My fries were only warm, and my sandwich was not only cold but also had a really unpleasant smell, so I ended up throwing it away. The lemonade tasted watered down and like sugary water. I was really disappointed.

It wasn't too bad since lunchtime. The fries and burger were incredibly fresh and delicious!

The server who took our order was very kind, but the large fries were badly overcooked. I was taken aback when we drove away. I really wanted to enjoy the fries, but I’m not sure what went wrong. I would gladly accept a replacement if they’re willing to offer one. Unfortunately, on this special day, we just didn’t have time to go back and request a fresher batch.

This is the only wendy’s in montgomery that is fast, clean, great eating and great customer service. as long as I remember!

Abt 5 people in line all sitting here since at least 11:35 and they literally have waited till they closed not taking a single persons order. horribly lazy and rude. almost 10 workers in there when i pulled around to the window to see what’s going on and all of them looked away staying on their phones.
