Kfc - Montgomery

My experience was quite different because, post-pandemic, many people seem to accept excuses for why food establishments don't need to meet high standards anymore.

The chicken was undercooked, and the coating was inconsistent. Overall, everything was quite unappetizing.

I ordered the 12-piece crispy chicken, but the cashier didn't announce the price at the speaker. At the window, all I heard was something that sounded like $20. I paid with my card, but when I got home, I discovered that I was charged $40 instead and was given the wrong order. To top it off, the side portions were barely filled! I'm really frustrated! This will be my last visit. I could have had a decent meal at Olive Garden instead! I feel like I’ve been taken advantage of here. Customers need to be careful when they hear the prices for 12 pieces of chicken. This is definitely the last time for me!

Our first visit to this location. We used the drive thru. We had to wait on part of the order and was told to wait around getting for it. What was supposed to be 5 min turned to 10 min and we had to get back in line to get our order. Not happy at all and we had people waiting on us.

I am so thankful with this store I finally got to get some chicken liver and I'm telly you the person that cook them did a wonderful job and I thank them.
