Burger King - Montgomery

I would like to give no stars that they are open at 6 o'clock, but no one answers to the intercom. I call the restaurant and the person who answers tells me that they are closed and I say, but the sign says open about 6 and the person goes on how if I don't talk. very rude and dirty! I will never go back to this Burger King ever I will travel further before I pass through this once

I was disappointed that they didn't have Coke or Sprite available, so I had to settle for unsweetened tea, which tasted like water. The food also didn't taste fresh. Overall, I was quite let down.

They thru would not command and went into the window and the man waved me out. this burger king on the street is a sweat. if I could give 0 stars, I would. seriously, I just wanted a milkshake for someone who comes out of rehabilitation. they get their act together.

Sat run thru for 15mins no answer was it not busy cars waited

I highly recommend an overhaul of the staff, customer service is terrible. There’s an elderly woman who closed the order window on me and my 3 kids cursing me out and telling me to go learn the culture. This is my first month in America and I didn’t know that Burger King doesn’t sell chicken wings. My crime was asking if they had wings. I believe a little courtesy would have gone a long way rather than treat us like beggars and shut the window on us in that manner. They have zero communication skills over there and probably didn’t get training on how to treat their customers, or maybe they do not need international customers. Whatever it is, they were just terrible, my kids were hungry and we couldn’t get food because they wouldn’t sell to us even when I corrected myself and wanted to order whatever they had. Wendy’s was much more accommodating and the staff were better trained.In addition, the elderly lady was black, I am black too, so no racism here, they were just terrible and cursed me out real bad in front of my kids
