Going to Pompilia is like going to grandmother, family, in a genuine and kind environment! I never took a pizza just for me, but every time we ask them to take one to the middle of the table to divide and so until we do it. Every pizza that comes is better than the first one with a fabulous dough that smells like the bread of once.

Pompilia has brought an idea of irpina pizza, bringing on the pizza also the ingredients and flavors of the popular cuisine irpina, creating also an ultralight dough that entices to eat three pizzas instead of one. An indicative example is the pizza with scarola and beans that represents the pizza translation of a traditional dish irpino of the 'minesta cu li fasul '.
