フィードバックを提供するAshley was the best server I have ever had at this Red Lobster. She made my 50th birthday special today. I couldn't have asked for better service. She was very attentive and friendly. We give her 10 stars. I will definitely call to make sure she is working when we come back. The Red Lobster has finally found a great server. They should never let her go. Thank you, Ashley.
The staff and bartenders were excellent, welcoming, and friendly. My wife and I love coming here. We have never had any issues, but if we did, they would be quickly resolved. We appreciate the exceptional service and the friendly staff at this restaurant.
We arrived at 6:00 on a Saturday and were surprised to find that the restaurant was not busy, but it became apparent why soon enough. We ordered 3 shrimp trio meals, but substituted one for Chicken Cajun Pasta, as well as 1 water for myself and 1 children's meal for my grandchild. In short, when the pasta arrived, two dishes were perfect while one had no sauce. We requested more sauce and were met with a response from a very arrogant manager in a chef's outfit. He did not offer any compensation for the mistake and even went as far as to imply that I was mistaken about the lack of sauce.
Not the same before the COVID, but the services offered cause you to minimize the errors. Eat still tasty, prices steep, but the service is on point. If you go there, please leave a generous tip, wait for tables is not easy these days.
Unfortunately the food was really salty, drinks where terrible, but everyone was polite and helpful
