Friendly's - Middletown

Cheddar Jack Chicken Dinner came bare with nothing but bacon bits. Missing mashed potatoes. Looked like prison food.

Our tenders were not on a stick and they also were overcooked

I ordered a Fishamajig Melt and French Fries with a side of Clam Chowder. My 7-year-old ordered Chicken Tenders and French Fries to go. Everything we had was fresh, hot, and very well cooked. The Clam Chowder was rich and creamy. The clams were a bit tough for my liking, but the staff at the counter were friendly and accommodating. Surprisingly, there were no other customers in the restaurant at the time. I was disappointed that I couldn't leave a tip for such great service. Next time, I'll make sure to give the waitstaff the opportunity to do their job well and earn more than just their hourly wages.

I love this welcoming restaurant. The service is always excellent, with friendly wait staff. I highly recommend this place if you're seeking a warm atmosphere. My kids and I will definitely be coming back here frequently.

The experience was enjoyable. Our server went above and beyond, although I can't recall her name.
