Delicious chicken... fabulous taters and gravy... drive through service was quick and accurate...appreciate that!!

So today my mom and I were out shopping and we locked the keys in her car, we came into Popeyes to call the tow company and the costumer service was amazing! They came to check on us, offered drinks while we waited and the vibe was just great! We really appreciated their service, even if it wasn't food. A friend asked if I wanted to eat there as they had wonderful chicken, and boy was she right! Personalized meal selections, tasty sides and fast service. I normally buy a few of these and use them in salads for a few days. Their chicken is always fresh and service is quick! It is always a pleasant experience for the best chicken made!

I hate to leave negative reviews everywhere, especially for places I like! Waited over 20 minutes at the window just to order food with only one car before me before you decide to leave the line and leave. I know the staff is just a challenge, but it would be polite to set a sign that informs customers of long waiting times.

Decent food but absolutely the worst service ever. Expect every single order at the drive through to take 5-10 minutes each, EVERY TIME. It's been bad the last few times I went but after today I had to leave a review. Popeyes your employees are extremely slow, unprofessional with 0 greetings or thanks. They always forget sauce so ask last when youre at the window. And finally, this lady forgot my drink, so i reminded her, she asked what i wanted and gave me diet instead... ffs getting off work and having to deal with this place is a nightmare probably best to walk inside and get your own s
