Ipho Vietnamese & Korean Restaurant

Continuing with my business stay in Medicine Hat, I tried IphoI agree with other Yelpers that this is a hidden gem in Medicine Hat.

Usually the food from here is pretty good, eat in or take out, but I ordered take out tonight and was really disappointed. I got the vermicelli bowl with chicken and spring rolls. The chicken was good but the vegetables they put in with it looked old and discolored. The noodles were hard and chewy, and the spring rolls were the smallest I have ever seen them and also tasted old and chewy. I also noticed the restaurant had an odor to it as well when I walked in. Probably the fish sauce but still it was kind of a turn off.

We love Vietnamese, and iPho doesn't disappoint there. But in addition to the traditional soups, Ban Mi and vermicelli, they have some Korean dishes and some that are almost fusion. Veggies were very fresh, meat seemed good quality, spices and sauces were perfect.
