Dear ZB! I have been here for many years and his favorite lunch spot in the hat and always receive great, friendly service! I never had a problem with my allergies.

Had some Gf options and everything is very healthy. Had a salad and hummus and Gf bread / vegetables. You also have a few gf cookies/dates. Will definitely stop here again. Would recommend. I'm just gonna notice they have small portions.

Delicious sandwiches. All paninis available on gluten-free bread. Also have a gluten-free cake, and excellent gluten-free brownies. Some salads are also gluten-free.

Amazing place to grab a fast sandwich or small pizza and a good coffee. beautiful that we decided to leave the carbahn for our boxing stop from and to regina sk. it was worth it. freshly delicious and cheap. will definitely come next time in medicine.

I was in the neighbourhood, not in a fight I usually go, wanted to get an interesting coffee. I found myself in a beautiful old café. I ordered the Mexican mocha boy to be good! they make a pretty variety, and they sell their own tee mixes locally roasted. I want to come back for more!
